Innovator has developed garlic-peeling machine, which peels garlic while maintaining the original property. It is fully automated machine, made from food grade quality material. It is designed for peeling garlic in bulk quantity, is energy efficient, and saves labour. It economizes operating cost and removes capacity constraints caused by shortage of human labourers in peak seasons for pickle industry. The peeling effectiveness is very high at about 90% while the damage to the peeled garlic is very low at about 2%. This machine is maintenance free and requires only labor during operation to feed the garlic.
