These packings find wide applications in various industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, dyes & intermediates, oil & gas etc. Compared to all other types of column packing, our wiremesh packings find wider use for critical liquid-liquid separation. Fenix wiremesh packing provides better separation efficiency and lower pressure drop which give rise to reduced capital cost as well as reduced energy cost.
we manufacture wiremesh packings in standard and exotic metals and alloys at 450 and 600 crimp angles, sizes ranging up to 8.0 m diameter and surface areas of 500-750 m2m3. It has minimum hetp and the lowest range of pressure drop and is highly suitable for vacuum opeation, purification of fine chemicals and wherever the separation system requires very high number of stages.
apart from packings, we also design and supply various column internals and accessories such as liquid distributors, liquid collectors, support plates, bed limiters, mist eliminators, reboilers, condensers etc.
