we are offering fx dip (liquid foam). fx dip (liquid foam)
fx dip is used for immersion (dipping)application & non-reachable areas of s.s.components like internal & external of pipes,wire rolls,internal recessed areas of machinery etc.heavy parts are dipped in a huge tank with the help of a chain pulley. for cleaning & descaling of pipelines with the help of pump.this form of fx dip covers 30-40 sq. ft area with 1ltr. of chemical.
how to apply dip
1. fx-150 - degreaser (removal of oil 40 gm/lit). apply liquid fx-150 - degreaser on to the surface for 5 - 10 minutes. then wash the surface thoroughly with water.
2. just immerse the articles in the dip tank.
3. leave it for 5-45 minutes, depending on the thickness on the scale.
4. apply fx passivation on the surface and leave it for 10 ã�â¢ã¢â��â¬ã¢â�¬å� 15 minutes
5. remove and wash the articles thoroughly with with high pressure water.
