In addition to performing a heat treatment on the pieces, using protective gas generated in part, the pieces come deoxidized and brilliant. They are also equipped with a stainless steel tank containing the water for rapid cooling of the pieces;the immersion of said pieces is carried out by means of a manual or motorized lifter, also made of stainless steel. The oven has a patented cooling chamber, built entirely in stainless steel, which avoids the fall of condensate above the pieces to anneal or deoxidize. An electronic device starts the counting of deoxidation times only introduced when the metal arrives at the set temperature. The muffle is AISI310S of thickness 6 mm and 4 mm steel.
