FAA is fungal alpha-amylase enzyme produced by submerged fermentation of a selected strain of Aspergillus oryzae.

Dosage :
The recommended dosage is 0.1 to 0.2 % of FAA material, The actual dosage needs to be optimized depending upon factors such as the process equipments used, and process.
Safety and Enzyme Handling:
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mist should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.
