Fume Filters

There are two types of Metallic filters. All the metallic filters are arranged in a way that the contamination load is reduced to a very low extent.
Once the unit is connected with the Blower, it will capture all the fumes vapours mist surrounding its suction hood inlet. All the fumes will be thoroughly filtered inside the system and clean air free of all hazardous particles will be released to shop floor from the outlet.
Whenever cleaning of filters is required, switch off the system. Take the filters out of the unit and inspect them for any clogging deposition. All the filters can be manually cleaned and to clean them very light pressurized air should be used. Avoid excessive air pressure; it may tear off the filter media in pocket filters.
