All components are made from corrosion-resistant thermoplastic material. Scrubbing the exhaust air prevents the release of aggressive and harmful vapors into the environment. Vapors and gases are absorbed in the scrubbing liquid and returned to the circuit. The most important basis for calculations are the determination of the exhaust air volume and the dependence of the pre-treatment plant. All the calculations are performed by program modules developed by shivas.

Effective scrubbing and guaranteed compliance with emission limits can only be achieved through an individually designed fume extraction plant optimized on the particular application. Shivas fume extraction plants can be used not only in encapsulated pre-treatment plants but also for lateral suction channels on pickling tanks. Performance of shivas fume extraction plants is as per emission regulations.

We “Shivas” are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of chemical processing equipment, air pollution control systems, fumeless pickling, gas scrubbers, fume scrubber, pickling plant, electro pickling, pp tanks, pickling tanks, frp pickling tanks and pph tanks, etc. which is used in various industrial activities for metal treatment/metal finishing and metal coating pollution control and proper ventilation. Our operations was started in 1991 in Bulundshahar road in Ghaziabad. In our first year of operation itself, we received an order for the installation of pickline line with fume scrubbing system for a leading cold rolled steel strip mill in northern India. Since then we have installed more than 200 pickling plants/pickling line/pickling house for different type of industries and more than 300 different types of scrubbers or other mass transfer equipment. Now Company is operating from three different manufacturing units measuring approx. One Lakh Square feet area in Ghaziabad.
