Fully Automatic M300 Specifications:

Plant Build with heavy duty Duly painted Mild Steel Tubes.
Well insulated Doors.
Inner partitions of cooling chamber, where the product may have chance to contact are made with SS 304 filled with insulation.
300 moulds will be supplied with the Mould size: 300 x 225 x 30mm
Speed up to 12 to 15 moulds/minute
Automatic Demoulding system.

Vibration Section
Depositor: Depositor tank build with painted MS and Inner (Contact part) SS 304, Aluminum head with total 20 no’s of pistons.
Supplied one set of Nozzle plate.
Multi-Tier Cooler with 10.0 Hp Emerson make Chiller Unit for Cooling Tunnel temp around 4˚C to 6˚C.
Hot Water System for Depositor
220 approx moulds to fill plant
Cooling Time: 18.4 minutes at 15 moulds/minute
14.5 meters overall length
Power Supply: 415 volts, 3 phase Main motor 2.2kw and 0.37 kw.
All pneumatic cylinders are branded (Festo/SMC).
