Working Of Automatic Liquid Filling Machine

It works on volumetric principle where bottles or jars are loaded on moving conveyer that are filled by diving nozzles and stopped by a set of twin pneumatically operated stopper that precisely match the bottle or jar to be filled to avoid spillage of liquid.
The main drive and conveyor drive consist of A/C motor with synchronized variable frequency drive.
Further to minimize foaming and spillage of liquid, the nozzle will slowly go upwards filling from the bottom level towards the neck for precise filling.
