The procedure is :
Dough Kneading : Mixing of Dough with water is done in Dough Kneader.
Dough Ball Making : Kneaded Dough is then fed into Dough Ball (peda) making machine. Dough Balls (peda) are cut in standard size in the stage.
Feeding : Dough Balls (peda) are fed into the chapatiMATIC press, dough balls are pressed into round chapattis.
Cooking : The round chapattis automatically go into the baking oven, where cooking in Four stages is done. At outlet you get soft home like chapattis
