used in various food products and as a basic ingredient of baked goods. The flour
which is made from wheat grains grown by our partner farmers is the most
satisfactory type for all kinds of products that require spongy structure. The flour
milling process at our firm begins with cleaning and filtering of the grains and
tempering it by adding water. The tempered grains are grounded in a series of roller
mills that would remove the bran and to cut the endosperm. Between each roller mill
cycle, the ground grain is sifted and separated into various sizes.
