The degree of oxidation ranges from 8 to 85%, depending on the variety and production style. The oxidation of Oolong Tea is stopped somewhere between the standards for green tea and black tea. This is about two to three days process. The final processed tea leaves are then hygienically packed in food-grade material of different sizes.
