Aazito’s spices are ground with cold grinding technology which is stable at 40°C (104°F) to 45°C (113°F). In the normal grinding method temperature is reach up to 120°C (248°F), Spices begin to lose their pungency and flavor at around 60°C(140°F). Our technology preserves the test and aroma of spices as well. Therefore, you only need the least quantity of spices to create great food.
