Fruit Grader (Rotating Sieve), Power : 1 Hp

Fruit grader is very useful for size-wise grading of fruits. There are three sieves made of wire mesh of different size mounted one above other on a rotating shaft. The fruit to be graded is fed on the innermost sieve. While rotating, smaller fruit will fall on to the second sieve & in further rotation, still smaller fruit will fall on to the third sieve. This way fruits are graded in three sizes.

Additional sieves can be provided if required. Size of the sieve depends on the fruit to be graded. The machine operates on 1 Hp. motor. Hand operated model is also available.
