Frozen Shoe String French Fries

Shoestring French fries are characterized by their slender, thin-cut appearance. Delicately sliced and lightly fried to perfection, these fries offer a crispy texture and a delicate mouthfeel. Despite their diminutive size, they pack a punch of flavor and are often favored for their addictive crunch. 

Cooking Instructions : 

1. Heat edible oil to about 175°C.
2. Add the French fries straight from the freezer to the heated oil.
3. Fry till desired colour and crispiness is attained (usually 2.5 - 3 minutes).
4. Remove floating leftovers with a strainer before frying the next batch.
