Contact SupplierWe are engaged in offering a variety of Frozen Fishes that are collected from finishing harbors are brought in insulated vehicles to the raw material receiving section of the factory. Bacteriological and organoleptic inspection is carried out by the quality control section to ensure the acceptability of the fishes. Later the fishes are graded, weighed, washed and brought to the processing section where they are checked thoroughly, weighed, glazed, filled in poly bags and made ready for freezing at -40 C. After freezing, the product is packed and labeled accordingly and kept in the cold store at -20 C. Daily organoleptic & bacteriological inspection is carried out on the finished products.
