Frozen Crinkle Cut French Fries For Human Consumption

Crinkle cut French fries are a playful twist on the classic favorite, featuring wavy edges that add visual interest and texture. These fries are cut with a specialized crinkle cutter, resulting in grooves and ridges that provide an extra crunch and surface area for seasoning to adhere to.With their unique appearance and satisfying crunch, they offer a fun and flavorful alternative to traditional fries. 

Cooking Instructions: 

1. Heat edible oil to about 175°C.
2. Add the French fries straight from the freezer to the heated oil.
3. Fry till desired colour and crispiness is attained (usually 2.5 - 3 minutes).
4. Remove floating leftovers with a strainer before frying the next batch.
