Free cutting wires are used in manufacturing shafts, spindles, screws, bolts, etc. Systematic creates these free cutting wires in high quality wires through our focus on improved machinability, smooth surface finishing and strict adherence to specific chemical composition

Our wires are advantageous due to the bright and smooth surface finishing they offer. The addition of ‘sulphur’ enhances the wires for better machinability. We also ensure the free cutting wires have maximum straightness and are cut-to-length for ease of use.

Based on the requirements, we offer a range of free cutting steel wires in diameters ranging from 1.6 mm to 3.0 mm with each differing in their tensile strength.These wires are also available in various grades like AISI 303, 416, 420, 430 Fthereby offering more options in quality.
