| MODEL : V- 50K / CHL 0 to 50 kg/hr capacity, floor mounted vacuum type solution Feed chlorinator available with Remote vacuum regulator, Rotameter, Rate Control valve, Differential pressure Regulator, Vacuum Stabilizing valve which are housed in a Fiber glass cabinet. The injector is floor mounted away from the chlorinators cabinet. Back check valve and drain valve are interconnected with injector assembly. REMOTE VACUUM REGULATOR : Exclusively designed Remote vacuum regulator is continuously monitors vacuum and Regulates gas flow to a closely controlled valve .this is also acts as a Shut of valve . the valve closes the chlorinator shut down when the injector water supply closed and vacuum falls off. ROTAMETER : This indicates the gas flow rate through the chlorinator and has an accuracy of +5% of the indicates flow. RATE CONTROL VALVE : The rate valve controls the gas flow rate manually with uses of rack and pinion type assembly interconnecting with this valve. DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE REGULATOR : The differential pressure Regulator maintains a constant pressure drop across the rate valve and compensates for fluctuations in the stabilized ejector vacuum and flows the effects of change in The rate valve setting . | |
| VACUUM STABLIZING VALVE : This valve compensate for any variations in the ejector vacuum by maintaining a constant vacuum, creating a stabilizing effect at the differential pressure regulator stake. INJECTOR : This is a common part of gas chlorinator made by a fixed jet & throat assembly to creates the vacuum by service water pressure to operate the chlorinator. BACK CHECK VALVE : This valve protect the system from bring trapping of water in the system on shut down position DRAIN VALVE : This valve permits any water accumulation to drain from the system on Shut down position. OPERATION : Water passes through the injector to creates vacuum . This vacuum opens the back check valve and extends the vacuum upto remote vacuum regulator. The chlorine supply. Under pressure is reduced to a constant vacuum at the remote vacuum regulator. The gas under Vacuum passes through the regulator, flow meter, rate control valve, differential pressure regulator, stabilizing valve and injector where its mixed with water.
