Pollen Forge has built up a strong capability in design and engineering, including a full fledged product testing and validation facility, which gives Pollen Forge a Full Service Supply Capability - from product conceptualization to designing to manufacturing and product testing & validation.
Its customer base includes virtually every global automotive OEM and Tier I supplier. Our products are used in cross country Pipe Line, Heavy Vehicles, Cement Industries, Infrastructure and several others source their complex forging requirements including Rings, Flanges, Shafts, Gear, Gear Pinion etc.. from Pollen Forge.
Currently PF is implementing a major capacity expansion program, which on completion will enable PF to address global market opportunities even more aggressively and capture larger market share. We are managed by well qualifed and experienced professionals having deep understanding of forging industry. We have complete In-house facilities for production, testing and supply of all types of forgings from prototype development to machined finished com-ponets.
Our Production capacity target is 1800 Matric Tons for the very first year 2009. We source our raw materials from approved steel plants such as RINL, ISSAL, MUSCO, and TISCO etc. All incoming Lab, by qualified metallurgists. Our qualified & experienced team of professionals achieved quality-working conditions at all levels (Design, Tool room management & execution) of operations.
