Foam Gasket

Foams are generally preferred where high compressibility is required. Depending on application requirement, Rubber concept manufactures different types of foam gasket.

• Crosslinked Polyethylene (XLPE) foam gasket, used for superior physical and chemical properties.
• Silicone foam gasket, used for extremely high as well as low temperature application.
• Nitrile (NBR) foam gasket, used for oil resistant application.
• EPDM foam gasket, used for high temperature applications.
• Polyurethane (PU) foam gasket, used for general purpose application.

Rubber Concept manufacture all different types of foam gasket by using precision Dies, made on CNC controlled machines to control tight tolerances.

All the gaskets can be available in broad range of density, hardness, thickness as well as shape. Specialized adhesive backing can also be available as per customer requirement.

Rubber Concept also supply foam sheets (with or without adhesive backing), to enable customer to make gasket at their end.
