Flush Bottom Valves

Flush bottom valves ( bottom tank valves ) are being manufactured with size ranges 25 NB to 250 NB in austenitic stainless steel as well as alloy steels as per users’ requirements and with GMP finished. Y type designed fabricated flush bottom valves can be used where materials at bottom is chocked or clogged or suspended particles to be removed with external pressure from the bottom & receive direct flow at time.

Specific angular cut bonnet bush allows all flowing media to pass through delivery line without any storage at bonnet. This design prevents unnecessary corrosion or wear inside body.

Hard faced seat and plug give outstanding performance and make our valve very reliable when flowing media contain any hard particles.
