    DESCRIPTION Concentration: Centrifugation speed: 3500-4000 R/M. Centrifugation time: 5 min. Uses Glucose determination. Also used for Erythrocyte electrophoresis, anti-alkali haemoglobin and lactate. Precaution Recommended storage temperature: 4-25°C. Invert the tube 8-10 times immediately after drawing the blood. It is poisonous and should not be used for blood transfusion. Blood examination is preferred within one hour of collection as some cellular distortion becomes evident thereafter
