Description
The Fluid Bed Dryer consists of a bed of solid particles through which air is passed at a high velocity to create a fluidized state. The material to be dried is fed into the fluidized bed, where it is suspended and agitated by the flowing air. This results in efficient heat and mass transfer, leading to rapid drying of the material. The dried product is then discharged from the dryer for further processing or packaging.
