FLEX TURN CNC MACHINE can be fitted with linear tooling arrangement or eight station turret coupled with independent live tool. GEDEE WEILER is the only machine tool manufacturer in India offering such flexible CNC Lathe.
FLEX TURN CNC CHUCKER provides a combination of turning/ milling operations to reduce the manufacturing cost per component. For specific application like slot milling, face drilling/threading, profile contouring, one separate set of live tools are provided with independent servo motor and drive. All these features combined on this CNC chuckermachine provide unsurpassed manufacturing speed and accuracy.

For instance, parts like spindle housing, slides, boxes are machined on 'Hermle' five axis machine, main spindles are machined on 'ROMI' mill turn centre and grinding done on Studer / Reishaur grinding machines, Machine beds are ground on ‘Schneider’ Plano grinding machine.
