  • Provides freedom of using a 1 or 1.5 HP. instead of a 20/30/50 H.P. compressor
  • Cast Iron over made of : Aluminum
  • Switch : standard rotary on-off switch (Sulzer make)

  • Producing Cast iron

  • Finishing operations to remove the unwanted portion of job produced

Suitable for
  • Length : The shaft length is provided in various sizes to suit tne individual geometry of the product. You have to select the adequate length of the shaft so that you can use the grinder comfortably with minimum bends and curves. At the same time avoid excess length of shaft, as the more the shaft length the more the cost and more the wear.
  • Type : The metal shaft is lighter in weight and meem less fatigue for operator. The rubbershafts are more durable than metal but heavier in weight.

  • Design : Due to its very specific and unique design the pinion shaft has to rotate perfect concentric. This results in maximum possible life of all the rotating parts like flexible shaft, tool holder, housing, pinion shaft gear and bearings. As the gear box cover does not have any rotating part there is no wear and tear. This is the main basic advantage you get freedom from frequent repairs of hand grinders, pneumatic tools and other flexible shaft grinders.
  • Material : The use of F.G. 220 grade of Shell Casting itself makes our machines sturdy, robust, durable and lighter. The strength of Cast lron over Aluminurn makes it the better option.
  • Switch : The standard rotary on-off switch (Sulzer make) mounted suitably on top of the grinder makes form comfortable operation.
  • Spare Parts : Spare parts are readily available
