Features & Benefits :

• Waterproofing - Exceptionally good waterproofing.
• Ease of application - Cold applied, bituminous emulsion material. Easily applied by brush or mop.
• Durability - Forms relatively thick (1.2-1.5 mm) film providing excellent impermeable and durable membrane.
• Movement accommodation - Polymer modified hence forms flexible film. Also accommodates thermal stresses in slab due to variation in temperature.
• Reinforcement – Higher reinforcement can be induced with polyester fibre sheet between the coats.
• Self priming – No separate or additional primer is required.

Method of Application :

• Surface Preparation :
  
  • Surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc.
  • Mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting can be used.
  • Finally vacuum cleaning of all loose solids and liquids can be done if required.
  • All surface cracks up to 5 mm width should be filled up with Antique Non Shink Crack-x.
  • Cracks more than 5 mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with Antique Flexi Bond URP Modified Adhesive as specified.

• Application :
  
  • Apply Three coats directly by brush or mop and dilute Antique Seal - 115 with three part of water & one part of Antique Seal - 115 powder.
  • Apply 2nd & 3rd coat in gapes of two or three hours.

• Cleaning : Tools & equipments should be cleaned with potable water immediately after use. Cured material can be cleaned by scrapping

 
Precautions & Limitations :

• Dilute with water for application.
• Not recommended for areas larger than 2000 sq. ft.
• Always protect the coating with proper and appropriate screeding. Do not keep it exposed to UV

Coverage :

• 1kg meterial gives coverage 10 to 15 sq. ft.(Three coats)
• Coverage may vary depending upon the texture and porosity of the surface

Shelf Life & Storage :

• Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
• Store in a cool & dry place. Keep away from direct sun light

Health & Safety Precautions :

• During application wear protective clothing, gloves and eye goggles during application. Avoid product to contact eyes and skin.
• Skin Contact : Wash immediately with plenty of clean water.
• Eye contact : In the event of eye contact splash plenty of clean water immediately and seek medical advice.
