Flat Plate Collectors

Flat Plate Collectors are an integral component of FPC type Water Heating Systems. They are also being supplied as OE parts to many states in India. Flat Plate Collectors have been widely appreciated for the Superior Workmanship and High Thermal Efficiency. The collector box has a frame of Extruded Aluminum sections and the Aluminum back sheet is firmly pop riveted to the casing. Proper insulation and a high grade reflector below the absorber panel and use of low iron content glass for glazing enhance the efficiency of the collector. Flat Plate Collectors are regularly tested and certified by Bureau of Indian Standards under IS 12933 : 2003.
