We are topmost manufacturing unit of flanged type radiator across the India. Flanged type radiators are fabricated with international quality standards and are available in various sizes & specification.

Product Specifications:
	Element or Fin Width: 300 & 520mm
	Element or Fin Length: up to 4200mm or more as desired
	Centre or Pitch distance: 50 mm (as standard ), can be made as per customer specification
	Flange Thickness : 12, 16, 18, 20 mm

Features:
	Coated with Primer & top-coat paint
	A special procedure of painting with MIO coat in between primer & top-coat paint.
	Coated with Zinc rich & Zinc Silicate Primer.
	Flood painting system is adopted as standard practice for painting of radiators after Grit Blasting.
	Packing as per instruction from client and with approved drawing.
	Cooling fans brackets are the extra Accessories in Large size Radiators which we shall supply separately with radiators or brackets are provided on the radiators as per customer requirement.
	Radiator is pressure tested to ascertain leakages in the water tank at a pressure of 2.0 Kg/cm2 for a period of 30 minutes.
