Contact SupplierRandhir Metal offers a wide range of Alloy 625 Elbows, which has excellent corrosion and fatigue resistance in a wide variety of corrosive environments including seawater and industrial acids. Inconel 625 Elbowsis often used in High heat, Turbine engine components and fuel systems. Inconel 625 Elbow in the soft annealed condition are characterized by good resistance to alkalis and organic acids, along with good mechanical properties. During cold working, Inconel 625 Elbows work hardens more rapidly than traditional austenitic stainless steel. In the nuclear field, Inconel 625 Elbows may be used for reactor – core and control – rod components in nuclear water reactors. Alloy 625 Elbows may be forged or hot worked providing temperature is maintained in the range of about 1800 Degree F – 2150 Degree F. Consumable electrode re – melting procedures may be used to further refine Alloy 625 Elbow, where further chloride stress – corrosion cracking resistance is excellent. These Alloy 625 Elbows is often used for Chemical Processing, such as in equipment handling both oxidizing and reducing acids, super – phosphoric acid production, etc. Alloy 625 Elbows is also used for components exposed to flue gas or in flue gas desulfurization plants. Service temperatures of these Inconel 625 Elbow can range from cryogenic to 980 Degree C (1800 Degree F)
