Recipe : Make a paste of 50gm tamilachi Fish Fry Masala with water and Lemon Juice. Apply paste on 1kg Fish pieces. After 1 hours medium flame fry the pieces in cooking oil.(No need to add salt&chilli).This Masala also can be used to prepare Yam and Potato fries.
