Being a superior combustion catalyst for solid fuel fired boilers, the Fireside Chemicals are known for improving the combustion efficiency. Our range of Fireside Chemicals contains combustion catalyst, dispersants, oxidizing agents, modifying agents. Farther, the Fireside Chemicals increase the fusion temperature of the deposits. Higher fusion temperature reduces the adhesion strength between deposit and fireside surface resulting combustion ash deposit friable so that it may be readily removed by these surfaces by conventional cleaning methods. 
Description : In combustion zone solid fuels (coal, wood, bagasse, etc.) when burned leaves ash. A portion of the ash is continuously discharged through the bottom of the furnace. The remainder of the ash is collected on the fireside surfaces as either loosely adhering material, which is easily removed by conventional mechanical methods or strongly adhering, tenacious deposit that resist normal cleaning techniques.
These deposits inhibit heat transfer, making it difficult to maintain steam temperature, blocking gas passages, increasing erosion and corrosion may occur under deposit, so it is important to inhibit heat the formation of these troublesome deposits and increasing the ease of their removal.

Quantity required : General guideline- 1.5kg per shift of 10 Ton boiler for first 2 to 4 days; afterward, 0.750 kg per shift per 10 Ton boiler. Throw the recommended dose into the combustion zone through the fire door
Precaution : Avoid direct contact of eyes. Skin may cause irritation. Don’t take internally. If comes in contact with eyes wash with plenty of water.
