Technical details:

shelf life (stored dry and free from frost): 12 months
density uncured: approx. 1.30 gcm³
consistency: can be applied by paint brush, roller or sprayed
full cure : 24 hrs

clean the cables. The cables and cable supporting structures
must be dry and free from dust , grease or oil, and installed in
compliance with local building and electrical standards.
Cp 678 is a ready-to-use product.
Coverage
on a flat surface coverage will be approximately 1.7 kgm² (at 1
mm dry film thickness)
on cable bundles, and cable trays allow 2.0 to 3.5 kgm² (at 1
mm dry film thickness) depending on volume of cables, method
of application, and wastage (ie.overspray).
Recommended tip size is 0.43 mm or 0.017 inch.
Application
cp 678 is applicable either by brush, roller or airless spray.
1 mm dry coating thickness is required to meet dnv (det
norske veritas) orand abs (american bureau of shipping)
certifications and germanischer lloyd din application.
