DOOR SHUTTER: 42mm thick asbestos free composite Fire / Smoke check shutters of 30 minutes fire resistant rating confirming to BS: 476 Part - 22, ISO: 834 & IS: 3614 Part - II comprising of two 6mm thick Calcium Silicate boards, a 100% without Asbestos, Brucite and Meerschaum, having density not 3 less then £ 1150 kg/m and thermal conductive £0.03 W/m*k sandwiching 18mm thick fire resistance insulation filler faced with 6mm thick Commercial facing on both side with Hardwood lipping and one coat of anti-termite fire retardant primer.
