Filter Elements

Filter elements suits various applications like water, gas, steam, solvents, process fluids, alkalies, acids, beverages and finished products to meet almost all filtration needs, chemical process, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages and electronic industry. Our filter elements are available in various types viz.. fibre wound, melt blown, pleated membrane, sintered metal, stainless steel mesh, wedge wire etc. for effective removal of fine particles down to 0.01 microns.

Pleated synthetic media filter elements for use in pre-filter, final filter and sub micronic membrane filters are also offered with validation documents wherever applicable. Metallic filter elements like sintered SS and multi-layered SS mesh are ideal for applications calling for high strength, excellent corrosion and temperature resistance besides having regenerable properties. The fibre wound and melt blown filter elements have true graded density and high dirt holding capacity resulting in higher flow rates and longer life. Sterile grade filter elements are designed to withstand multiple in line stream sterilisation cycles or can be autoclaved.
