We are offering fibc / big bags / jumbo bags.flexible intermediate bulk container (fibc), bulk bags or simply big bags are standardized containers in large dimensions for storing, transporting and handling dry, granular products andor slurry (semi-liquid) material. fibc’s are amongst the most cost effective and ideal types of packaging for shipping and storing dry bulk products. They can be produced from either tubular or flat polypropylene (pp woven fabrics. These fabrics can be either coated or uncoated and vary in weights depending on the requirements of the safe working load (swl) or safety factor (sf).

  • Packaging Details 1 & 2 Loop FIBC Bags Produced from single tubular fabric, the 1-and 2- Loop Bags are widely accepted as being more cost effective than the traditional 4- Loop Bags used. Compared to the standard four loop bags, these bags have different construction. The body-fabric of the bag itself is extended into a lifting loop which gives the bag a higher breaking strength and makes the FIBC easier to lift. The loops can be wrapped with coloured sleeves which provides assistance in separating different bags as per their application. An inner liner is usually incorporated to keep the product being carried both clean and dry. These bags find their usage primarily in the agricultural sector but are also used for storing and transporting goods like powders and minerals. The options available are as follows: â�¢ SWL Range: 500 kg to 1500 kg â�¢ S.F. : 5:1, 6:1 â�¢ UN coded Bags â�¢ Fabric: Coated / Uncoated â�¢ Liner: Tubular / Shaped â�¢ 4 Colour Printing â�¢ Various Top and Bottom construction options 4 Loop FIBC Bags The Standard Bag includes Builder Bags, Tunnel Lift Bags, Corner and Cross-Corner Loop bags with various Top and Bottom attachment options. Designed to carry load ranging from 500 to2000 kgs, with Safety Factor of 5:1/ 6:1, such bags offer better storage and transportation against the traditional woven sacks. The Builder Bags are primarily used to store construction materials like gravel, sand, stone etc. and are of the construction Open Top and Flat Bottom. Tunnel Lift Bags are an improved version of the Builder Bags which helps reduce manpower cost and filling time of the bags.
