Ferro Vanadium, Form : Lumps, Powder

Ferro Vanadium is an alloy of iron and vanadium with vanadium content of more than 50% by weight. It improves the strength of steel and makes it suitable for use in high strength structural steel. It is also used in manufacturing of crude steel as it improves the tensile strength and is light weight owing to its density. Vanadium when added to steel gives it stability against alkalis, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.   Application: High strength low alloy steel (HSLA) Automobile industry Welding electrodes
