We offer Ferrite Magnets. Composed of barium or strontium ferrite, the ferrite magnets are sintered permanent magnets. The ferrite magnets are a few of the most popularly used magnets. We manufacture the ferrite magnets using special machining techniques in an unmagnified state. The ferrite magnets have good resistance to demagnetization. The hard and brittle ferrite magnets is low in cost.
manufacturing process
very fine ferrite powder undergoes pressing in a die and later, it undergoes sintering. Each dense ferrite magnet is manufactured in this way. Ferrite magnets are either wet or dry pressed. Consequence of wet pressing is better magnetic properties but poorer physical tolerances. The ferrite magnets that are manufactured by sintering process are given finish machining. Till the time finish machining is not done, surface finishes and tolerances are not acceptable.
