OXY-FOG is a combination of Bacteria, Enzyme and Natural Surfactant, for quick degradation of Fat Oil Grease element gets trapped in Grease chamber or flow along with sewage and gets mixed with sewage water present in aeration tank.

Basically, our product OXY-FOG is a combination of Bacteria and Enzymes for degradation of Oil in grease chambers.

1 Bacteria: Bacteria we are using in it are Fat, Oil, Grease and Protein degrading bacteria. Products do have higher concentration of bacteria like every gram of culture contains 10,000,000 bacteria.

2 Enzymes: Enzymes we are using in the OXY-FOG are effective to break bonds of oil particles present.

How OXY-FOG works:

Enzymes: Oil is generally considered as a lipid particles so there are some enzymes which break down the lipid particles and make it into simple form so bacteria can easily degrade the broken lipid particles.

Natural Surfactant: Natural surfactant breaks the bond in lipid particles so it cannot form sticky scum like structure and can easily flow with the water. Surfactants we have used are 100% natural in nature and in controlled in manner that it should not form any kind of foaming in aeration tank.

Bacteria: This Broken down lipid particles flow should get degraded in grease chamber only so we have introduced anaerobic bacteria in it, although all the broken lipids does not get degrade in grease chamber some of it flow to the aeration tank with the flow of sewage and get degraded over there.

When we pour OXY-FOG in the Grease chamber:

1) Enzymes immediately start to break bonds of the oil layer present at the top of the grease chamber.

2) Once a hard bond of oil gets broken the bacteria start to rapidly degrade the simple form of oil content present in Grease chamber.

3) Over a span 4-5 days after continuous dosing there is a healthy environment for degradation of oil content present in Grease chamber so we can get rid of oil choke up and smell issues permanently.

4) There is another thing we should take into consideration that there will be no sludge in the oil trap chamber. So we cannot maintain a healthy bacterial count in the grease chamber. As no media present in the Grease chamber to hold bacteria in the Chamber. So we suggest doing regular daily basis dosing in the Grease chamber.
