Support : We provide help in the preparation of Export documents and assist in making an on-line application on DFGT web-site, to avail advance or post export benefits, available under FTP.

Consultancy : We provide consultancy on various Export Promotion Schemes, to maximize returns on your exports. We provide guidance to avail maximum benefit, against export of goods & services.

Solutions : We provide guidance & help in expeditious completion of Export Obligation, undertaken against availed benefit, under various Export Promotion Schemes.

Services : We undertake liaison services for obtaining Duty Free Import Licences, Duty Credit Scrips, Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) and similar Licences form Director General of Foreign Trade. Our services are extended to obtain requisite approval from Technical authorities such as Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Ministry of Environment & Forest,Department of Electronics, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, etc.

OUR TASK / SCOPE OF WORK

• We provide consultancy and render our services for availing incentives/benefits available against export of Goods and Services.
• We specialise in issuance of Import Licence for the import of Capital Goods at concessional rate of import duty under Export Promotion Capital Goods Scheme.
• We provide assistance to obtain Duty Free Advance Authorisation (DES) and Duty Free Import Authorisation (DFIA), for duty free import of input raw-materials and components, used in export product.
• We render our services to Actual Users, for obtaining Import Licence, for the import of items which are ‘Restricted’ for import under current Foreign Trade Policy.
• We render our services to get benefit under Deemed Export category, for the supplies made to:
• EPCG/Advance Licence and similar Licence Holders.
• 100% Export Oriented Units and notified Technology Parks.
• Contracts received under International competitive bidding, for the supplies to be made    to Projects financed by Multilateral or Bilateral agencies or Funds as notified by Department of Economic Affairs (DEA).
• We provide our services to Exporters to avail post export Duty Credit Scrip under Focus Market Scheme, Focus Product Scheme, VKGUY Schemes and Served From India Scheme, as notified vide Chapter 3 of FTP.

• We render our services for redemption /closer of EPCG and Advance/DFIA Authorisations, once export obligation under the Authorisation is completed.

• We provide consultancy and assistance in amendment of EPCG Authorisation to expedite completion of the Export Obligation and subsequent redemption of the EPCG authorisation.
• We render assistance in availing refund of Terminal Excise Duty, paid at the time of removal of excisable goods, for the supplies made under 'Deemed Export' Categories.
