Electrostatic discharge (ESD) can occur on company flooring because of contact, friction, or different materials. On your company flooring, ESD can be caused by the friction while the employees are walking or when transportation such as a forklift is used. During activities, the human body or machinery accumulates charges, termed electrostatic charges. This is when charges caused by friction and the opposite charges accumulated in the employees bodies can collide, resulting in a heavy spark discharge. This could easily damage sensitive machinery and is detrimental to the well being of the employees.

Angré port mapangré port will have depths up to -13 cd alongside the berth. The national highway nh 17 and the konkan railway connecting angré port at jaigad are about 45 kms from the proposed site. Apart from this, a four lane road and a dedicated rail link to the port site have been proposed. The convenient location makes it an ideal import and export alternative hub for the fast growing industrial and manufacturing areas of south maharashtra, north karnataka and west andhra pradesh.
