Environmental Clearance Consultant

All new projects or activities, development and renewal of existing projects, any change in product – mix listed in the Schedule to the EIA Notification 2006 requires prior Environmental Clearance from MoEF/SEIAA. On basis of Terms of reference issued by the Expert Appraisal Committee an EIA study is conducted and Public Consultation is done. A Final EIA report is prepared & presented to the EAC/SEAC. Based on the recommendations of EAC/SEAC the MoEF/SEIAA grants Environmental Clearance.
Environmental Clearance Certificate : We are Environment Consultant for providing service related to Environmental Clearance. The procedure for the Environmental Clearance as follow :  Submission of document to SEAC / MoEF Preparation for Scoping Presentation EIA and Public Hearing Presentation for Appraisal Environmental Clearance Certificate.
Consent to Establish (CTE / NOC) and Consent to Operate (CTO / CC&A) : We help to get NOC / Consent to Establishment and operate for various industries. As per provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 all new intending projects (Developmental & Industrial) required to obtain "Consent to Establish"(popularly termed as NOC) from State Pollution Control Board. Depending upon the pollution and hazard potential of industrial activities, the industries are categorized as red, orange, green and exempted. The process for obtaining consent to operate involves making an application to State Pollution Control Board along with required documents and scrutiny fees. It is followed by physical inspection of the site to verify the compliance and implementation of the conditions of the CTE (NOC) issued by the State Pollution Control Board.
Environmental Management Plan : Preparation of environmental management plan is required for formulation, implementation and monitoring of environmental protection measures during and after commissioning of projects. It indicates the details of various measures that are proposed to be taken including cost components.
