The company is based in Gujarat (India) and involved in rendering reliable Engineering Project Consultant services to the clients. Our mentor, Mr. Vasant Patel, has over 37 years of rich & extensive experience in Project Management, Site Administration, Construction Management and Government/Municipal corporation liasioning. He has worked for 16 years in Government Sector and 13 years in Reliance group at Jamnagar India. Presently, he is working as a project management consultant for water infrastructure development for 25 MW solar thermal power project for Cargo power and infrastructure, kautch and for Port near Vapi, Gujarat.
The scope includes initiative to commissioning including Narmada water allocation. He has also well-handled the projects of Reliance Infrastructure ltd. The project is being commissioned as scheduled, due mainly to availability of water 36 MLD in time. Our professionals have a vast experience to handle water & waste water projects (Government Project), which involves urban (Govt.) water supply projects, cross country pipeline, pumping station, pumping machinery, storage, distribution systems, water treatment plant, waste water collection, pumping and treatment of sewerage.

Scope of PMC Water Project :

Scope of works consists coordination with EPC vender for manufacturing,supply,construction and commissioning including Design,Engineering,procurement,assist for supervision,Inspection and expediting.

Scope including spearheading projects including review of EPC tender documents, review of technical bids ,engineering deliverables procurement and construction mean initiative to commissioning involving development, contract administration,resource planning,construction and commissioning,

Execution Scope Breakup - Engineering Consultant :

• Project Objective : Obtaining of all clearances from the Client within the planned time frame
• Commissioning of the project within time frame . 
• Complying of obligations of the Client within agreed time limits.
• Monitoring the project progress based on milestone targets.
• Implementing a QAP and proper recording thru QC documents.
• Developing a performance based cohesive project execution team.
• Maintaining & recording of all details of buried .
• Ensuring a healthy client & consumer relationship for a trouble free

Execution of the Project :

• Overall project planning ,Monitoring and control
• Coordinate with ,EPC vender and TPI
• Coordination with Client/consultant/contractors and tracking over all projects for proper execution.
• To interact with client & consultants and get their approval at every stage of the activities.

Pre Tendering Works :

• For preparation of RFQ I have to visit the site and to understand the project requirement.Govt tender copy required for preparation of RFQ for venders.Joint discussion with clients.
• Required to prepare RFQ as per requirement of Clients,this includes MOC and size of pipeline,details Bill of qty including supplying, laying and commissioning.,terms and condition,

Survey and Data Collection :

• Coordination with technical site staff and survey team.
• Topographical survey of pipeline route
• Selection of pipeline route,coordinate with surveyor for preparation of survey drawings.

Application for Crossing : All necessary statutory permissions / permit required for the job shall be taken by the client / contractor.

Design Engineering :

• Coordinate with client for Construction drawings,L section ,Plan, underground utility etc.
• Coordinate the client civil engineering for various structures and components of the Projects
• BOQ, for Pipe line design and Manufacturing process.
• Detail spec for procurement and civil work.
• Manufacturing facilitty.

Contract Administration :

• Material standard
• TPI scope of production ,Review of QAP .Joining details.
• Verification of DPR and supplier’s bill.
• Support engineering for obtaining various costs for the projects
• Support commercial & contracts for various contract finalization.
• Networked to identify EPC contractors / sub-contractors
• Manage technical and commercial evaluation of bids/offers for various civil engineering packages.
• Support for Vender management.

Execution and Commissioning :

• Organize and develop project kick-off & mobilization.
• Identify and relocate or protect as necessary all utility services within the project site area that are affected by the works.
• Coordinate with GRP pipe manufacturer.
• Review of installation and joining procedure and coordination for execution .
• Preparation material & manpower forecasting to complete the job as scheduled.
• Co-ordinate with other support functions to ensure desired goals.
• Support engineering for obtaining various costs for the projects
• Progress reports from project managers and propose strategies for construction success.
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
• Monitoring the requirements of the project site & keeping coordination with Site Management team.
• Attend meetings with the Consultants & Clients - Coordinate between Site Staff / Head Office /
