Introduction
• Tubular device designed to be introduced into the trachea via the mouth or nose to secure the airway and maintain the gas exchange in the lungs.

Tube
• Made up of non toxic, clear, transparent, thermoresistant medical grade Polyvinyl Chloride.
• Fitted with standard 15 mm connector for attachments to all standard ventilator circuits in operation theatres or intensive care units.
• Graduated markings to display distance from the tip.
• Well marked to indicate the size (internal diameter in mm, outer diameter in mm)
• Nasoral tip suitable for nasal/ oral inhabitation.
Pilot balloon
• Attached to the main tube to inflate the cuff.
• Integrated one way Silicone spring valve with luer lock to ensure one way air flow.
• Distinguishable markings on the pilot balloon to indicate the size of the tube and the maximum allowable pressure of the cuff.
Cuff
• High volume, low pressure, evenly shaped integrated with the tube.
• Minimizes displacement of the tube once inserted into the airway and protects the patient from pulmonary aspiration.
Others
• Radio opaque lining from tip to end to detect proper placement of the tube.
• Murphy’s Eye near the tip to circumvent any obstruction due to foreign body impaction.
• EO gas sterilization, unit packaged, disposable after use.
