Electrostatic Cleaner For Ahu

The Air handling units are used for many commercial and industrial air-conditioning and ventilating applications. These units are normally fitted with coir filters, metallic viscose filter or HDPE filters. To achieve better class of cleanliness inside the air-conditionedventilated areas Envair Electrostatic Cleaners are used.
The contaminated air returning from the room enters the Electrostatic Cleaner passes through prefilter where coarse dust gets trapped and air is distributed uniformly. The air then passes through ionization section. Here all fine puriticulates are given positive charge. The positively charged particles then flow through collection plates. All of the particles are attracted to and held by these plates and clean air flows out to AHU.
The Electrostatic Cleaners need periodic manual cleaning. They are cleaned by blowing air from vacuume cleaners or washing with soap water manually or with a washing unit after removal. For large air handling systems automatic water spray washing systems are provided
