As Indian EMS space is growing, I work with various business houses for setting up new EMS ( Electroncis Manufacturing Services ) Operations. The scope includes but not limited to 

1. To advise on EMS Business strategy

2. To discuss latest trends in the EMS sector
3. To support in target DD - technical DD, evaluating infrastructure and equipment, Business plan preparation, site visit as may be needed, etc.
4. Introduce customers for business development and growth
5. Brainstorm on ways of improving margins
6. Recommend candidates for hiring for full-time positions in the business
7. Anything else that may come up as a need in the future
