Product Details

This is a modular system which can be configured by the user to use for DC constant current loads up to 200 Amps at voltages up to 60 V. There are 2 modules of 10 Amp & 20 Amp each. Each one has a Potentiometer & an ammeter to set the load current. All of them can be cascaded to achieve the required load OR all can work independent. There is digital input to each load which will put ON or OFF the load. A PLC can be used ( which we can provide ) to program a ON / OFF cycle & a cycle count to ensure that the load current is ON & OFF for a given time & programmed number of cycles.

Typical application includes wiring harness testing for the automobiles, educational training, etc.
We can also provide suitable Power source for your load. This together can make a complete system. All the products are industrial grade.

Mr. Vinay Deshpande, founder of the organisation, completed graduation in Electronics with a First class in 1978 & joined TELCO as Graduate Trainee. He was with TELCO's Electronics Division for 10 years. He has an experience of about 30 years in the field of industrial Electronics.
Mr.Kedar Deshpande, our Mechanical Engineering expert & associate, has completed his Post Graduation from BITS, Pilani with distinction. He is developer of mechanical fixtures, machines & allied systems.
We have infrastructure to cater to the development needs of software & hardware projects along with mfg. facilities for the tailor-made systems.
