Since no separate boiler house or chimney is required, installation is fast & easy. No fuel storage & handling is required. Low watt density heaters are used to ensure longer life of electric heaters. These units have high thermal efficiency & low maintenance. Units are easy to install & can be located close to the point of use. They are environment friendly & pollution free. Units are available in capacities from 3 kw up to 1000 kw. These units are ideal for commercial & residential buildings for generating hot water. All units are factory tested ready to use. Ross electric hot water generator have small physical size as compared to oil or gas fired units, hence require less floor space. Electric hot water generators can be custom built to suit specific requirements. These can be manufactured in ss construction or food grade applications. Flanged water immersion heaters are used which consist of tubular heating elements that are welded or brazed into a pressure rated flange. Units can be supplied with thyristorised control panel for places where precise temperature control is required.
