The various parts like motors, gear box, control panel etc. are easily accessible. Electric Wire Rope Hoists are designed in modular construction which greatly simplifies, repairs & cuts down-time. To accommodate Specific requirement, Globe hoists can also be built with micron (creep) speed arrangement (10 % of normal hoisting speed ) flexible trolleys to negotiate small radius, high speed & high lifts. Our Electric Wire Rope Hoist is suitable for steel mill duty and demanded in Foundries & Chemicals Plants. We manufacture high quality Electric Wire Rope Hoist that is widely demanded in the market. Compact yet durable, this Electric Wire Rope Hoist is provided with different parts such as motors, gear box, control panel, etc. The M.S. Rope drum is mounted on self aligning bearing and features machined cut spiral groves. Rope guide is compatible for the Perfect sitting of rope in drum grooves. Limit switches are also provided on hoisting and ober lowering. Its Components

The hoist gear train is with precision hob cut helical/spur gears having hardness up to 250 to 300 BHN running on bearings housed in sheet metal cover with gasket & lubricated with oil bath lubrication
The rope drum is made from M.S. Seamless pipe having machined cut spiral grooves & mounted on self aligning bearings
Rope guide will be provided for perfect sitting of rope in drum grooves
Electromagnetic Fail to Safe type brake is provided on hoisting motion which ensures perfect safety even in case of power failure
Limit switches are provided on hoisting & over lowering
