Previously we were concentrating mainly to "power transformer" up to 5 mva and 33kv class, but due to the demand of higher ratings, we started manufacturing power transformers upto15 mva and 66 kv class and is in the process of making 25 mva /132 kv transformers in the near futures. We have already supplied 15mva 66/11 kv to kenya and is in successful operation. And wherever we are our usp is low loss energy efficient transformers.

the design of power transformer are made after the careful study of working environment, type of load, and other tropical studies. The design is perfected after careful study of the best available raw materials in the world. The core is made out of best suited crgo steel with low loss and high mechanical strength. The stampings are specially cut and annealed properly.
the "power transformer" core is assembled carefully for minimum losses and clamped for maximum mechanical strength. Windings are selected based on the requirements with electrolytic grade copper strips with proper insulation. All insulation is done based on insulation gradient requirements. Radial and axial ducts are provided for effective cooling.
the transformer oil used is of e h v grade oil conforming to international standards.
the tank is fabricated of high quality steel. Pressure and vacuum tests are carried out, cleaned and degreased properly and painted as per international standards.
the core - coil assembly is impregnated and dried properly and fitted in the tank. Oil is filled up under vacuum and transformer connections are made, tested for all routine tests and special tests in each of the manufacturing stages before dispatch.
